Hi my name is Helene and I am a student at Wesley Intermediate school. I am part of the awesome William Pike Challenge Award group at my school. On Wednesdays I go down to Owiraka Athletics Club and Couch the 2-6 year old's as part of my community service.
I really enjoy helping out, I get to work the the younger kids and couch them through games how to do shot put, discus, long jump, high jump, running. I also help teach them the basic movement so when they get to the proper thing they have a better understanding.
