Summer learning journey week 1 day 2

Hi my name is Helene and I go to Wesley Intermediate School these holidays I am doing the summer learning journey today's task was to pick 3 sports teams with 'fern' in its names and post a photo of the uniform then we had to say out favourite and why.

My favourite uniform is the football ferns because it is short selves and it is shorts and a top not a dress. I also like the colour of the goalies uniform.

    Kia Ora Helene,

    You have added three teams that have 'fern' in their name and pictures of their uniform for your readers to see. You have also included the uniform you think is best and why, ka pai! These three teams have something else in common, let me know if you find out what it is.

    It's pretty obvious what sport the Football Ferns play, perhaps next time you could include a bit more background information about the other teams you included in this post. Do you know what sport the other two teams play?

    I think my favourite team (and uniform) are the Black Ferns, they are fit, fast and fierce out on the field. It's a joy to watch them play in their cool, sleek black uniforms. They are awesome athletes and a force to be reckoned with. Have you ever watched any of their games?

    Well done on completing another Summer Learning Journey activity, I hope to read more of your posts this summer. :)
